Returns & Refunds

There is no return policy for catering orders as food and sanitary items cannot be returned. However, we do offer refunds under certain circumstances. 

Please contact us if you are seeking a refund for your catering order. If your refund request is approved, a return credit in the amount of your purchase will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (within a certain amount of days). 

To initiate a refund, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not return any items to any Chiavetta’s location. 

Late or Missing Refunds

Please keep in mind that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund, please follow this order of operations:

  1. Please double-check your bank account. 
  2. Still no refund? Please contact your credit card company. 
  3. Still not there? Please contact your bank.

Order Modifications

If you wish to modify a catering order, you must contact us within five days of your pick-up or delivery date. Changes are at the discretion of Chiavetta’s and will be handled on a case by case basis.
